Woodfield Academy is a middle school catering for pupils between the ages of 9-13, located in Redditch, Worcestershire.
Woodfield Academy benefits from state-of-the-art facilities including an 3G Football Pitch, main hall, and sports hall. The facilities allow us to provide students with a full range of sporting activities within extra-curricular activities and within the curriculum.
Additionally, the outstanding school facilities are used extensively by the school and local community. We have a diverse portfolio of clubs and activities running every evening and during the weekend.
Facilities include: 3G Football Pitch, main school hall, and small sports hall.
Our lettings are open 7 days a week during termtime and school holidays. There is ample parking available onsite and our friendly staff are always available to help.

Use of School Premises, Lettings and Safeguarding Responsibilities
The Trust and its schools are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We expect all individuals and organisations using our premises to share this commitment. The hire and use of school facilities outside of the normal school day are managed by our external lettings provider, P&E Sports.
As part of this arrangement, P&E Sports is responsible for the management of all lettings and associated activities taking place on site outside of school hours. All activities delivered through P&E Sports are subject to their own policies and procedures, including safeguarding and child protection, safer recruitment, and risk assessment processes. P&E Sports is required to ensure that appropriate safeguarding measures are in place, including supervision, staff suitability checks, and safe operating practices.
The Trust and its schools retain strategic oversight of safeguarding and require all third-party providers operating on school premises to adhere to statutory safeguarding guidance, including Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSiE 2026). The Trust and its schools seek assurance that appropriate safeguarding arrangements are in place through due diligence and ongoing monitoring. The Trust and its schools will act on any concerns raised regarding the use of the premises or the conduct of external providers.
